The Five And A Half Year Project

How strong can our structures be and how much punishment can they withstand. How far can we go in life? How much can we learn? How much information can our heads hold? A human is made of two systems, the mind and the body and for the next five and a half years I intent to push them both to their limits. I intend to post weekly updates and status pictures. This experiment will begin July 1st 2011 and end on Feb 17, 2017 , my 40th birthday. Wish me luck!
